●Vidoo provides real-time communication tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connection, as service quality depends on network conditions and third-party infrastructure.

●You are solely responsible for the content shared during your audio and video calls.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, designs, source code, and intellectual property associated with Vidoo belong exclusively to NOVAEDGESYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vidoo at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOVAEDGESYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Vidoo app.
